Non-smoking No pets 2 Bedroom 28' x 42' with deck along one side

This cottage is on a private lot (see map of site).

Cottage has full bath with shower, full size kitchen, separate living room,
electric heat, microwave, T.V., Barbeque and propane.

All bed linen, kitchen linen and cooking/dining utensils are included.

Boat launch for one guest boat is included. Dock slip is extra.

Please provide your own drinking water, bath towels, beach towels and bait/tackle.

There is a shared fire pit at water's edge that is free to use when there is no fire ban in effect.
We have firewood for sale for a nominal fee. In an effort to prevent the spread of harmful insects,
we insist that you do not bring your own firewood.

We have a playset/sandpit for children 10 years old and under, and a shallow swim area,
where children under 12 must be supervised.

Check in time is 2 pm. Checkout time is 10 am.

2010 Rental Rates Under renovation information to be up dated upon completion. A booking deposit of 30% is required to hold your reservation. A security deposit is required at the time of arrival, regardless of length of stay. (ask for details) Full payment of agreed amount (minus previously received booking deposit) is required before key is issued. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian funds. All taxes are extra. We accept Cash and Cheques.

Cancellations 100% refund if notice is given prior to 90 days 75% refund if notice is given prior to 60 days 50% refund if notice is given prior to 30 days No refund will be given for cancellation 30 days or less NOTE: 50% of deposit can be used towards a rescheduled booking in the same year.
